Parking Information

Visitors have two convenient parking options directly adjacent to the building:

  • Visitor Parking Garage:

    $3.00 fee (payable upon exit). Cash and all major credit cards accepted.

  • Valet Parking Service:

    $5.00 charge, available curbside directly at the main entrance.

Suite Navigation: Enter 5 Tampa General Circle and take the elevators to the 2nd Floor (Suite 200).

Driving Directions

From I-275 (North or South)

  1. Take Exit 44 toward Downtown / Ashley Drive.

  2. Continue south along N Ashley Drive to W Kennedy Boulevard.

  3. Turn right onto W Kennedy Boulevard and cross the bridge over the Hillsborough River.

  4. At the first traffic light immediately after the bridge, turn left onto S Hyde Park Avenue.

  5. Follow Hyde Park Avenue across the bridge onto Davis Islands toward Tampa General Circle.

From Highway 60 / Route 41 (Adamo Dr / Channelside / East Tampa)

  1. Travel west on Kennedy Boulevard through downtown Tampa.

  2. Cross the bridge over the Hillsborough River.

  3. At the first light after the bridge, turn left onto S Hyde Park Avenue.

  4. Continue south on Hyde Park Avenue across the bridge to Tampa General Circle on Davis Islands.

From Selmon Expressway (FL-618) – Westbound (From Brandon / East Hillsborough)

  1. Take Exit 6A–6B toward Downtown West / Hyde Park Avenue.

  2. Merge onto Brorein Street, then turn left onto S Hyde Park Avenue.

  3. Continue south on Hyde Park Avenue across the Davis Islands bridge toward Tampa General Circle.

From Selmon Expressway (FL-618) – Eastbound (From South Tampa / Gandy)

  1. Take Exit 4 toward Willow Avenue.

  2. Follow Willow Avenue to W Platt Street and turn right.

  3. Proceed on Platt Street, then turn right onto S Hyde Park Avenue.

  4. Follow Hyde Park Avenue across the bridge onto Davis Islands toward Tampa General Circle.
